Team Forging a Immersive Game Based Learning

In the last few weeks Agilitas Learning has been gaining traction with companies in introducing Aha Moment Innovation 's Team Forging immersive game based training.

The game based approach is very intuitive and immersive with very cleverly thought through learning design concept coupled with activities that identifies behavioural challenges and provides insight for learners at different stages of Tuckmans Team Development model. Given its modular design and broad application ,the program can be integrated into leadership and team development interventions in a very effective and engaging way.
