With industries and markets coming to terms in leading and navigating in the New Norm and the accelerated digital transformation taking place at work, play and life, there is now a growing need to re frame How learning happens and is enabled for the Digital Future both in Education and Workplace Learning.

While Adult educators, L&D practitioners and Educationalist have been taking the silo approach of Digitizing Learning and engagement, there is now a need for them to take a more concerted and transformative approach towards Learning coupled with the need to also upskill with Digital tools and technologies that will enable the engagement .

In this Overview session we explore the Learning Experience Ecosystem , the changes in the way learning is taking place in organisations, the strategy going forward, the solutions and technology supporting the learning engagement and delivery channels  taking a digital first approach.
